I got my post graduate degree (2years+co op) and I applied for my posgraduation work permit. Now, I need an advise how can apply to get my spouse open work permit extension, her work expires in Nov, 3rd. We went to the Niagara Falls border we ask one of the officer but he answered they do not do work permit extensions instead we must apply online. My concern is that we have to travel in December reason why we decided to try to apply at the border. I do not understand why they don’t accept extension. Since the beginning my wife got open work permit when I was an active student of a post graduate degree, now we need to apply for her open work permit as an spouse dependent of a skilled worker under NOC of B. I have all the documents but we don’t know how to apply..... can you please give an advice on what to do ? Thank you
