RAD Appeal Denied. Federal Appeal in Process. Do I have any other option to stay here?

Hello,

My refugee claim was denied by IRB & RAD and I just filed with the Federal Court for Judicial Review. Do I have any other option to stay here through means such as - Study Permit, TRV, PNP etc.?
I am well educated and work in the IT sector with over 5 years of experience at a director level position. My IELTS score is 9.0 all across and my Vancouver based employer is willing to sponsor me for BC PNP Tech Pilot where weekly invitations are issued.
Going home is not an option for me due to religion change. Is there anything else that I can do or pursue to stay here? Study permit? Request the minister for TRV? PNP?

You cannot apply for any study permit/economic programs without status so if you cannot leave Canada to apply outland, you don’t have any student/economic options.

Looks like you may have qualified for economic immigration before why did you not apply and not go for asylum. Asylum seems like the easy route but it isn’t.

Even if you did get a study permit you wouldn’t qualify for PGWP.

You chose the wrong path and hence you will have to face consequences now which might include deportation. With such a good profile, you could have easily gotten PR.

You can apply for H&C if you have a minor child. It's most likely going to be rejected too but will buy you some more time.
