According to ATIP, only the representative in this case getgcms can file this complaint.
What is your latest update on your file ? Did you call recently ?
I have never gotten any information from all previous notes that i've ordered. This is the very first that may show activity. So for 8.5 months i have been in the dark. An agent once told me in August that my POF requires review and i dont want to go ahead to send any document without knowing the root cause.
Same here, 260 days today!! Ordered gcms 2 months ago but haven't received them...clueless whts happening with my application n really anxious.

Well , you are correct don't send any additional documents unless you know what's happening.
What you can do at the moment is keeping nagging on gcmsbuddy and get them to file a complaint, usually delayed GCMS notes can only be beacuse your file is currently being looked at and hence the officer won't release it unless it's either processed or further information is requested from you. This can be true for when your file is in background check stage.
With that being said, if your POF wasn't good enough to start with ( unjustified balance, improper documentation ..etc) then by then you would have either got an ADR or straight out refusal (which I hope will NEVER happen to you).
One more thing, try to call them again and see if you can get more information about what is wrong with your POF ( TRUST ME, they can read out the notes just like you do when you get them, they sometimes don't like to do it)
If file is in background check stage we dont receive gcms notes? It means security screening in going on?

Nothing is written officially about this , Am just going by the trend of many here. Most of people who got their notes on time is when their file is currently being under any active process and is usually left on the shelf. However, if your file is currently being actively looked at , expect a delay. You can view other cases in the forum.
Most people don't know exactly if they are under security screening or not and hence cant explain why their notes are being delayed
If you know something is wrong why not fix it by being proactive.. you would be probably guessing the right cause for the RR. I don’t know, but I guess it would just delay the process further nothing else if you decide to send a document.
Given of course the damage shouldn’t land you in trouble.

You are absolutely correct, however sending documents without knowing what is exactly wrong is just gonna make matters worse .. Usually in the GCMS notes it would appear why it is flagged as RR and hence you would have to think about another way to sort your documents and support your case. It's just a matter of knowing , that's why delayed notes add to the stress he is currently experiencing

I honestly cannot think of a reason why. I had adequate funds when i submitted though the funds were invested in Treasury bills. The bills matured on July 4th and I sent a copy of my bank statement the next day, showing funds were credited back into my savings account. I also had a little extra cash in the account. As at July 26th when i called, eligibility still hadn't started and even the GCMS generated July 23rd showed same. Come to find out on August 5th, that my funds require review and it's been that way since then. Ordered GCMS on August 22nd and it hasnt been released.
