Since My mom has not received any instructions letter for bio, She does not need to do it.

Hi, my mom too received the exact same wording in her letter; we were asked to pay the biometrics fees 2 months ago, but we never received an official letter/ request with instructions to do so. And the message in the online application is stating:

• We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

CIC will refund you automatic .if not send request via webform .

I was able to find what I asked...I can access to Ecase now, and my mother is under the dependent...
