I know this is quite common confusion but if somebody can see my scenario and advise if I am eligible for claiming having a valid LIMA exempt job offer as of today? If yes what documents I will need to support it.

Working with current company from Feb 2016 to date (earlier in US and in Canada since Dec 2018 on closed WP)

Same employer has offered to extend my WP till Feb 2022. Have applied online for job offer and WP ext.

Mine is a managerial WP (NOC 0213). Exempt code is GATS R205 C12

Can somebody please advise

You cannot claim job offer points at this time. You will need to wait until you have worked for this employer for a full year in Canada (so December 2019 presumably, just a few more months). You'll want to obtain a letter from the employer stating that they are offering you a job for at least a year after you become a PR.

Thank you for the clear and crisp answer. So a letter from employer stating this job offer is valid for more than a year is good enough? Any other document to prove the offer is valid as LIMA exempt or will the work permit document would suffice for it?
