CONDITIONAL JOB OFFER
I am pleased to inform you that your profile has been shortlisted for the position of PROJECTS MANAGER with TURNER ENGINEERING - Canada. Your initial net salary will be ...CAD per annum equivalent to ....CAD as monthly basic after deducting the taxes plus benefits. This letter shall confirm our conditional offer of employment to you as a PROJECTS MANAGER Fulltime. PROJECTS MANAGER in the Engineering subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Evidence and confirmation of educational credentials
2. Confirmation of employment history
3. Satisfactory professional reference checks
4. Satisfactory Drug Test
5. Evidence of eligibility to work in Canada (Clear criminal Record)
In the initial recruitment process you were advised that this position is considered “critical” and, therefore, your appointment is contingent upon a successful completion of final face to face interview with our client, credentials and background check and lastly an approval from Service Canada and Embassy of Canada in your region. However, as we discussed, you have agreed to begin your employment with TURNER ENGINEERING – Canada, but still our client reserves the right to revoke the application at any time before the issuance of approval from Service Canada.
On your first day, you will be given an orientation by the Human Resource Department. This orientation will include completing employment forms, reviewing benefits, introduction to management and a tour of the premises. Please bring appropriate documentation for the completion of your hiring process. After receiving the Final offer from the Client you need to submit it back with your acceptance within next 48 - 72 hours. Failure to provide appropriate documentation and signed offer within three days will result in immediate termination of employment in accordance with the terms of the
Immigration Reform and Control Act.
