Hi All,

Recently we applied for PR and received the confirmation (AOR with in minutes)
Now as our work permits are expiring we wanted to apply for BOWP, in this course we used Apply to come to Canada with is in cic.gc.ca.

Need your help on below questions

Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?
Yes or No
Do you have a written job offer?
We have claimed points in ITA (for future one year that i have a job with the same employer)
YES or NO

If i say No below questions appear
Does this situation apply to you?
You have a valid employer-specific work permit and are being abused or there is a risk of being abused in relation to your job in Canada?

Yes or No

How do i cross check that i am applying for Bridge open work permit? because in this process no where its mentioned its bridge open work permit

Please help.

Thank you

Have you been told...: YES
Do you have a written job offer: NO if you didn't need LMIA to get that job

You have a valid...: depends on your kind of work permit.

Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? Did you get answer to this question while working towards BOWP questionnaire despite having AOR? YES or NO.

Answer is yes if you passed your medical and received a BIL Letter. It indicates your documents were all complete and you have been approved in principle, even though you may not yet have passed eligibility.

Thank you @assen89
Getting mixed answers on that one. Because IRCC website definition says approved in principle has to be received.
