There is one more stage which is the Approved stage thats all, that denotes that you have been nominated, you get a notification in your EE profile inbox regarding the nomination and you have 30 days to accept or reject the nomination. to answer your second question, the standard time is 30-60 days give or take, no one can predict how many days it takes to change from one stage to another. Each application is handled by differently as it gets assigned to a different Visa officer mostly, so them some time, we cant rush the process. Even after you get your Nomination, getting an ITA and applying for it should be carefully done as they are even more diligent regarding the application, so everything needs to be exactly correct in your application.

oh....eh??? really? People said it normally takes it for 2 weeks to change it from the submitted status to the next one....

Do you know if I can resubmit my application if they return it because of the lack of the documents or something? My 45 days expire at the end of Sept...

So if it now takes them almost a month to proceed with the application, we can only guess about the amount of the applications they go through....

Does the passport need to be scanned cover to cover or first page to last page?

In the general information tab, it is mentioned to include cover to cover, however, in the actual passport section, it is mentioned ALL pages, including blank ones. It is better to include cover to cover since they mentioned it.

have a CRS score of 422 Noc code 3232 ie.of Naturopath ( Ayurvedic Physician)..can i get ontario PNP .Although ,my noc is not in demand but are there any bright chances for me..My ielts score are 9,8.5,7.5 and 7..plz reply.i have valid reference letters of work with me and settlement funds are also safe

do you know what time it takes to get the score updated with 600 points, after you accept the nomination in your EE profile? i've already received it and accepted, but the score is still the same.
