The office will be the one to send your results to CIC. Usually you have to wait for the medical request from CIC to complete a medical exam as it will provide instructions about what to do. They don't recommend doing the medical early as it expires in a year, but if you do, i suggest you call up the clinic and bring form IMM 1017.Thank you
