It is crazy that mailing a passport for stamping can be taking this long. And a walk in service is completed in two hours. We are caught in this mess due to the Havana closing in May and Mexico took over the files. Now stamping in Havana is available again. If your lucky enough for transportation with the terrible gas shortage. So I have to believe things happen for reasons and pray for a counterfoil soon.

Everything happens for a reason ....even if we don’t understand why. I pray for you to get through this quickly!! They can’t control us forever! Lol

Question when they update your gckey do they send email? Just wondering because I do not have access to that and want to know if my lawyer would know to look through email?

Yes, I received an email saying that there were an update on gckeys profile, since you have a lawyer is the only person that has access I guess to your app

So at least she will know to look by her getting an email. Just wondering why we haven’t had an update yet. We sent on 12th and the received on the 18th. But nothing about stamping. So frustrating. Hopefully nothing is wrong... maybe photos?? Huh. Hopefully tomorrow

I wish we could all have our spouses for Thanksgiving!!! You are honestly one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. I wish your process ends soon. You deserve it. Thank you always for being so nice and helpful. And always so positive. You have the strength....we all do...to even attempt to endure this long ...stressful journey. I pray we all get answers soon. We all as a group need each other so that we don’t go crazy. Only people in this process can understand how hard it really is. I thank you and thank ever single person on here for helping us get our questions answered. Please God help us all to have the strength to keep going!!!!!!

My MP did an enquiry IRCC called them back stating the pp was delivered sept 4 and nothing is done yet. And they will update again in 10 business days. This is beyond frustrating, mexico no way can handle the work load. We are now going into the 4 th week

Yes beyond ridiculous my husbands medical expires Jan 3. And we received pre arrival aug 9 Ppr request aug 30 (3 weeks later) now almost a month for visa stamping. Files are not been processed in any order that’s for sure.

Not counting on Thanks giving at this rate. Also heard over 40 boxes of files were received in Mexico lately. So I guess this is what’s holding up everything.

It’s so out of line I don’t even have words !!!! I am over a year now almost 13 months , no communication since April from anyone , no emails answered by cic or an Mp lol
Mexico clearly can not handle the workload !!!! My husbands medical expires January 16 and looks like we may have to pay again to have them done for him and the kids , if we don’t get ppr soon Urgh

The sad thing about you not getting any responses for so long, is that they will definitely let you know that you need to spend a ton of $$ on new medicals - so - if they need something from you. That is a difficult situation. I hope you hear something soon!

Oh they sure will lol , 3 of them haha . But what can we do except do them again if they ask right . I just want my family here and that to me is priceless

We just redid medical after our interview in July. It expired in April.

Urgh , I will have 3 to re do if we go over . Lol I want to cry .:.... starting to prepare hubby to start saving now lol
