I just want to get information regarding Child benefit in Canada.
My baby is going back to backhome with my parents; however i still here in canada. We are not going back.

I want to know can i get still child benefit if my baby going back.?
I will have to send money back to backhome for her and my family maintenance.

Please help.

No. You have to to actually be living with the child to qualify. Inform CRA that your child is leaving so that the benefit is stopped.

Me and my family including My daughter are living in toronto as PR since last 6 months.
Next month, my daughter will go to backhome country with my parents.
For how long my daughter can stay to backhome ?
Is there any documents required?
