My status has changed to fluctuating mode and downloaded the assessment report.

It says "The combination of the Bachelor of Commerce and the Master of Computer Applications degrees generally compares to the completion of:
a four year Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in taxation law and practice, and
a Master of Science degree with a focus in computer applications"

So it's a master's equivalency. Great.

Yes but my points wont make me eligible for EE so i am looking for other options.

Documents delivered - 1st March
Line in processing - 27th June
Final review -26th July
Fluctuation - 12th aug
Mailed - 13th aug ( no completed status )

Final decision - master of science degree

Did you send your b.sc and m.sc document?
both degree were same university or different university?

I registered in March and they confirmed the docs I sent Aug 20 but my status still says waiting for transcripts when the frist transcript was delivered in May and the second one in July by the institutions I didn't send them myself. Does it usually take this long to see transcripts already in their office? Is something likely wrong?

It takes aprox 4 months for a confirmation from their side as per the recent trends. U should wait till Nov i guess to get the inline for processing status

But some timelines I see are getting both same day

I am asking what can be the possible cut off for EE during the month of March/April 2019 not 2018. If my question is fundamentally wrong. I am open to constructive criticism.

We cannot be sure what will be the cutoff score in 5 or 6 months from now (March/April of 2020).
Even the prediction for November 2019 will be very wonky at this time.
