Hello friends,

I was working & staying in Qatar for the past 17 years and last year 07th March 2018 I became a PR in Canada and stayed here for a week (soft landing) and went back to Qatar on 15th March 2018.

Then I permanently moved to Canada on 05th September 2018.

Do I need to submit a PCC while applying for Citizenship or for the renewal of PR card as I did not stay in Qatar for 6 months or more.

It's too early to think about ur citizenship, if you plan to apply after 3 yrs then u would need a police clearance from Qatar but if you apply after 5 yrs then u will not need a PC from Qatar.

but if you apply after 4 yrs (not 5 years) then u will not need a PC from Qatar.
