Is it Valid ??? UAE Work Experience in family Company on Wife Visa

can someone plz answer me, this question has driven me crazy.
Aiming to claim 6.5 years of work experience with following details

working in a company where my husband is partner, visa is wife visa which says you are not allowed to work, we have not applied for work permit for all past years, salary is coming to bank account from Company's Official account, every month as a Cash Transaction, for last one year only but the job is 6.5 years.

the work permit can be obtained if required ( but it will be for the current period only)
can i claim this experience

With proper documentations yes you can. IRCC doesn't care about your legal status outside of Canada, as long as you can genuinely proof this tenure of course you can claim it.
Make sure you include work experience letter as per their instructions and write an LoE to explain this case truthfully
