Can someone help me out... did we fill the schedule A (IMM 5669) while submitting our application after getting the ITA.

Or is it just sent to some selected few people, I can’t remember ever filling it out before. I don’t want to contradict myself if we had filled this earlier.

I dont remember filling it. I dont think it is requested from all candidates

Still waiting.. AOR Jan 27th. ADR requested on August 13th but no activity since. Everything but eligibility is passed. VO Sydney Nova Scotia. It’s like dead here now

I ordered GCMS notes on 26th July and I am yet to receive it. Is this normal? Can I go ahead and apply for another one?

I ordered one on July 14th and one on August 19th, I received the August one, but not July's, can not be odder...
