You should already have multiple copies of Urdu Nikkah Nama, sending them one copy along with English translation should not harm.
But you don't need to send the original Nadra marriage registration, a color copy is what they need since it is verifiable.

.....thanks for reply can you guide me 1 i am currenl tleaving in pakistan and they need proof in which its gonna show that me and my spouse are staying on a same adresse whatcan i provide them cuz i am not residence of pakistan.......2nd thing about checklist are we required to send everythings mention on check liste?

On the question 'Are you living together' you will say No and give the explanation.
and yes, you should send everything on the checklist, I would not take a change on this.

I HAVE A QUESTION BECUZ I M NOT RESIDENCE OF PAKISTAN I HVAE ONLY NIKAH NAMA AND MY RENEW VISA APPROVAL RECENTLY..WITHOUT CNIC I CANNOT HAVE ANY GOUV.PAPER OR UTILITY DOCU.OR LEASE ANYTHING SO HOW CAN I PROOF THAT I AM LEAVE WITH MY SPOUSE UNDER ONE ROOF? AS THEY MENTION ON CHECKLIST?

Hello everyone
Just a quick question...
The date of marriage on my URDU Nikah nama is written incorrectly. Molvi (Nikah khawan) is suggesting to simply make correction on original Nikah Nama and re-submit corrected copy to Union Council. Is this right?
Need suggestions. Thank you
