i read about that
some query made for me ,if you know please clear for me [thanks dear in advance]
as i've understood with minimum CRS (~400) is possible to get invitation
but are there any factors top of it ? for example should applicant had work experience in Alberta Province or has family or no every foreigner with outside Canada experience can apply under this program

i think for those who have not Job offer or PGWP and be outside of Canada Alberta does not give any opportunity

still i am searching to figure out some one with strong ties to Alberta(as they mentioned ) and having CRS for example 440 (above the cutoff) is possible or Not....
in that link not clearly described all things or i can't realize as well

Selection from Express Entry pool and Notification of Interest process
Based on available profile information in the Express Entry portal, Alberta may select candidates and send them a Notification of Interest letter in their federal Express Entry profile. This information is self-declared by candidates in the Express Entry pool.

You may receive a Notification of Interest letter if you:

• Have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool
• Have stated an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta
• Are working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s economic development and diversification, and
• Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300.

If you have one or more of the following adaptability factors, this may increase your likelihood of receiving a Notification of Interest letter:

• Alberta job offer and/or work experience
• A graduate of a Canadian post-secondary institution
• A relative that is living in Alberta: parent, child, brother and/or sister

Actually I’ve also researched a lot over this. But could not find people on forum with just work experience in alberta or without any ties getting NOI except few NOCS like 1241 or something. my CRS is 448, NOC 7231(high demand), work experience in alberta, canadian studies. But it’s been 1 month and did not get any response.

generally they should have regular time for drawing i'm not really sure how much is it ? each 1 month OR 2 months
also i do not have any experience in Canada and eager to find out possible with good CRS apply for alberta Or not
i also could not find appropriate information through that link
