Hello, I was wondering what does it mean if your file gets moved from one CIC branch to another. My file was in background check but now it got moved to a CIC branch in my local city. Does that mean something is wrong?

Thanks frootloopinthebathtub for your response. With regards to proof of cohabitation, what additional documents are you planning to provide. Can you share your experience if you don't mind.

Add updated pictures different locations, joint account, letter from your sponser parent, letter from landlord or proving that both of you living in the same place, utilities bills showing same address, government letters like CRA, driver license, basically you just have to prove that you live together.

Hi guys, after been active in this forum, I would like to update my cic COMMON LAW INLAND application process with you guys. I will update the excel sheet too.

Application Received : 8th April, 2019 (PR, OWP both)
Application started processing : 23 may, 2019
Medical request : 15th, August, 2019
Police background request :15th August, 2019
Police background uploaded : 16th sept, 2019
** there was no update fro cic about my application, so I raised a ticket because My applicatio passed the current processing time & date but there was no update**
all of a sudden

Medical test Passed : 15th September, 2019
Owp Approved : 18th Sept, 2019
Pr eligibility passed: 19th Sept, 2019
PR Approved : 20th Sept, 2019

now waiting on the confirmation letter and go get that long awaited status

they just send you an email asking you to check your account and you will find a letter that says "eligibility passed"

just found out that we have "decision made" on both sides but no SA yet, so what does that mean ?

Both my wife (PA) and I (sponsor) got the "eligibility passed" letters today. Updated the tracker

When you get the interview invitation, is there flexibility in choosing the date or is it already assigned?

Today I’ve got an update in my application, when I checked they were asking for more documents related our common law relationship one year before I applied ,, We have sent enough documents I don’t know what to send them, we sent them a lot of proof !! Its getting stressful really
