How long does it take time to get medical request?

Hi All,
I have a question related to SINP. There is a field which asks about years of experience in last 6-to-10 years?
I have submitted my SINP application on 20th Sept, 2019. Do i need to count the experience from 19-Sept-2009 to 19-Sept-2014?
I have a continuous employment at Employer-1 from March,2008 to July-2011. Then I took a break and joined back at Employer-2 on 21-Aug-2012. After that I have continuous experience. In total, I took a break of approx 14 months. Do i need to fix 3 years out of 5 in the years of experience from last 6-to-10 years? Can somebody shed light on it?

6 to 10 years period- 4 years and 4 points.

Thanks for your reply. It was a break from 1July-2011 to 21st Aug-2012. Almost 13-14 months. It makes it to 3 years 10 months approx. Can i fill 4 years for it as you mentioned?

July 2009 to July 2011 - 2 years
Aug. 2012 to Aug. 2014 - 2 years

Thanks for the reply. But, I submitted the application on 20th Sep, 2019. So counting will start from Sept-2009 and not from July,2009. Then it will be like:
Sept-2009 to July-2011 - 1 year, 10 months approx
Aug-2012 to Aug-2014 - 2 years.
Total : 3 years 10 months approx.

Am i understanding it right?

No. First job was different where you worked total 3 years 4 months. And you can take 2 years from that easily.
Always try to go for the best.
