Want to Apply for ACCA

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I am planning on applying to an institution in Canada for studying ACCA and I was hoping to get some advise on a few things. I am from Pakistan so Pakistani responses would be preferred but any help is welcome.
1. Are there any good chances for me to get a visa for studying ACCA in Canada?
2. I have a sister who is a PR in Toronto where I will also be going to, will having a sibling PR affect my chances in any way?
3. As I understand i have to show 10,000 cad as living expenses apart from the standard fee. I have the amount ready even though I will be living with my sister.
4. I only have about 2 months left to apply, is this enough time or should I go for the next session?

1. I would say it's on the low side. ACCA isn't really that recognized in Canada and it doesn't make much sense for you to come all the way here to take the program.
2. This will reduce your chances of approval since it may make IRCC concerned you have plans on remaining in Canada long term. You will want to show strong ties to your home country.
3. Yes - you still need to show it.
4. If you've already been accepted by a school and are ready to apply for a study permit - then yes. Otherwise you are short on time.
