I'm currently planning to move in Canada, but not really sure where to start.
My parents (mother and father) are living in Canada.
I also have family of my own here in Philippines with my wife and daughter.
I am 27 years of age and have 7 years of work experience in Web Programming

Which is the best process for me to take? Is there any way that my parents could help me out?

You can't just move to Canada. Your parents cannot help you immigrate. You will need to qualify to immigrate based on your own merits.

I signed up in https://immigration.saskatchewan.ca
Does my wife also need to signup for this? I don't see any option that will include the processing of my wife and my daughter?
Do we have to make our separate applications?
