hey , i got my PR appliation rejected , due to invalid medicals, they were less than 6months at the time of application.

You will need to secure a new ITA and have to apply again with new medicals along with the necessary processing fees.

Check with your medical center as in what went wrong ..And act accordingly for your next submission..

my ITA was picked in Federal Trade draw on 23 sept 2018, i summitted all the documents with the fee on 20 nov 2018, i first received mail on 17 june 2019 to provide RCMP criminal check.later on same day got other mail that your application does not meet the requirements of acomplete appliaction as described in sectiobs 10 and 12.01of immigration and refugee protection regulations.your application is rejected for being incomplete..........The medical examination confirmation is required upfront and must be valid at the time if application.Medical exams are valid for 1 year from the visit date.The medical exam you provided was expired as of May 07, 2019.
Its not a reason !! Medical can be valid for a complete 1 year. I used post 8 months medical report
i received no information from them for retake of medical exams but i have uploaded my new medial exams in end of july 2019, my medicals were valid for around 6 months when i submitted my ITA on 20 november 2018.please suggest ....should i engage a lawyer.
Seems to me like an error from their part.
If your medical was valid at the time of submission, there should be no reason for a rejection due to medical incomplete ness.
Did your CIC application profile change to 'medicals passed' sometime during Nov 2018- May 2019?
Hi karki, may I know if you are inland or outland? I had my medicals way too early because I miscalculated my nomination and it took longer than expected. I took the medicals September 6 and it seems like my nomination will arrive by October. No issue for IRCC?

It is still okay if your medical is valid for post 2-3 months during an application of PR. If your medical is expired IRCC will extend or request for new one depending upon when your file is processed. I am inland !!!

Can you try to order notes and in it , you may find what exactly went wrong ...And by rectifying it try to apply again..
Meanwhile, raise a request via webform to RE open the case..(low probability) but we never know if they found that it was some glitch from their end ,they might open

Have sent them detail request via webform to reopen the case.....but still not received any reply...may be they take time, now waiting again in the pool.
