Hi All,
i have received canad job offer letter and appointment letter but company (Estate Roger Donald Properties & Co.) this is real or fake i don't no say's to me regarding visa go to indian ambessy and apply visa and charges afford by candidate(Me) please check all ducuments and tell me this is right and real documents and appointmnet letter & company real or fake .
Note: i highlited in red colour some text for verifying please sugest me

What is the actual job as that is not included in your post.

Fake. Grammar mistakes there (looks like Google translator deluxe to me).
Secondly there is a high pressure and selling pitch there (if you will not sign within 24 hours somebody else will be selected). So this thing is design to pressure you into paying scammers.
