My timeline is almost the same as yours, AR - 02/17 and AOR 04/18 and i am also waiting for medical. Some March AR already received their MR...

Today my application in ecas changed from 'application received' to 'in process'. Initially it was 'in process' then changed to 'application received' but now again changed to 'in process'. Seems like some movement is happening in my application.
