- Hi,
I came to Canada July 2018 and therefore my T4 and NOA have only the income details of the remaining months of the year. With that information I am falling around C$500 short of meeting the LICO requirement for 3 persons . My parents have visitor visa for Canada but I want to file super visa for them.
However my total income for the yea(as per the agreement with my employer)r is way above than the LICO requirement.
Please advise if it is ok with that amount in NOA to file the super visa application(although I can produce all the pays tubs for this year along with it)and provide the rest of the details in LOE .
What are the chances my application getting approved?
Also please let me know how many years of NOAs are required for a super visa application
Hi,
That seems to be a grey area.
Though if you can get a job letter mentioning your annual package currently, that would be good enough to prove that you are earning above the LICO. Good to attach the NOA, Job Letter, Pay stubs, Bank statement along with the application.
I applied for my parent's super visa with 2018 NOA only & got approved as well.
Good Luck
