They provide 2 addresses: for Canada post and for courier.
Last time I sent with Canada post Xpresspost and it was hanging in our city more than a week (I remember I sent on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday in a whole week) so this time I decided to use UPS (and they delivered quickly)
I just don’t know should I do extra steps to get it back or cic will do it by them self? I put the second envelope of course and I have tracking number, it is still not scanned.
Read the step 4 of ppr email. They mention that they only return with canada post
