Same here, LVO Mexico, it hasn't reverted back to in process though

That's normal, LVO received file from CPC-M . PR file ready to In Process at LVO.
New In process date will posted on PR part in Ecas .

Any one who has applied for PCC in Canada through BLS Center? Checklist says to submit proof of address in Canada.

My parents are on SuperVisa, so they don't have any address proof. Can I submit my address proof instead?

My parents app was delivered on May 21. received medicals and bio metric last week.
Which location in bangalore is good to give medicals? I see there are two locations as per CIC website.

You can provide your PR card/Citizenship certificate copy/ Driver license copy along.
