hello all
all degree must assess with WES ECA , it has tool for equivalency degree but has just university level : bachelor , master ,.....
there has option for Higher education in all level(BA,master,...)
my query is higher education should always be an university or a college ? can someone attend courses which Approved by Ministry of Science but not equal to bachelor or master ....
if there is course with 400 hours (more than even master degree) and certificate given by higher education institute (Valid) but not in specific level such as master or bachelor
how it assess ?

in express entry there is option for education level

if someone has ONE bachelor degree then
that blue line for one further certificate can be higher education degree as i told above ?
if NO , what means by that blue line :two or more certificates ? does it mean 2 bachelor ?
and second degree should have transcript ?most of these types of degree doesnt have

i find a link in Quora which wrote :

Two post-secondary education (certificates) in which one is three years or more e.g. A one year college or university certificate and a four year Bachelors degree. They don’t have to be related to your professional experience if it is not a requirement for the field i.e. someone with a law degree can be a sales manager but you need a law degree to be a lawyer.

if that sentence correct , it should be minimum 1 year ? 400 hours can be distributed in 1 year or 2 year ....
what factors are more important : time or degree or skills !!!
