You will lose some points over task response. Out of 9 in task response, you might get a 4. Also, you may lose some marks over lexical resource if you went off topic (if you were still somewhat relevant, chances are that you get 4 or 5 out of 9. You can still score on 'coherence & cohesion' and the 'grammatical range & accuracy'. Good luck!

Where exactly did you go wrong? For me I judged the question as other methods to exercise, while many are saying that it was about other methods to encourage exercise. As far as lexical resource is concerned as I went slightly off topic but keywords were still suitable. I am too worried about how I misinterpreted the question. Or maybe I have judged the question right and was still relevant? Fingers crossed, but I am very worried too.
I really want to see the question again, the internet is full of similar questions, but I just want to go back n see what was in our test

Adults do less exercise
Some people say that showing sporting events, such as World Cup or Olympics, on television encourages adults to do exercise while others say other methods are more effective.
Discuss both sides and give your opinion
I think it was asking for other methods to encourage them.
If you have discussed the first side of how showing these events on television encourages them and given your opinion in the introduction and conclusion, but you didn't discuss the other side properly and wrote about other methods to exercise, then you will at least get 5 or 6 in task response as you have done the half of what you have been asked. I don't think so that it would have any impact on any other marking criteria. Your vocabulary is based on the general topic so here the general topic was exercise so probably no impact on lexical resource. Task response is just 25%. There are many other things which can boost your score. So don't worry and hope for the best.

Internet is full of 6.5 writing stories, i think if we need 7, it should be perfect in all ways. Let's see what happens, edging close to the result day anyway. I think it'll be out on Friday!!
The essay was more specific on two key words:
- Exercise
- Encourage
- The introduction by Paraphrasing the prompt
- How showing sporting events on TV or other media could encourage adults to exercise
- How other strategies could be a better way to encourage adults to exercise
- Your opinion
- Conclusion
