I'm a B.Com graduate, currently working as Team Lead -
Could anyone suggest the NOC for the below profile. My Roles & Responsibilities are a combination of NOCs: 0125 & 1122, but I'm unsure which one to select.
· Led a team of 6 analysts.
· Effectively managed team members in line with company policy and procedures, including their Monthly Schedule, Performance & Development with effective Feedback.
· Direct interaction with Client both on offshore and onshore for requirement gathering and process.
· Worked together with the Internal Application teams on new audit practices to enable us identify Billing related issues.
· Collaborated with the Internal teams & Clients to ensure all Tickets/Deliverables meet the SLA timelines.
· Published and Maintained Reports to track these activities and ensure the deadlines were met.
· As part of the Billing Operations team, identified issues that were impacting the end users and proposed new suggestions to improve the audit processes.
· Prepared process related Documents for Training. Trained the new hires on Telecom Billing Audit & Cycle Management processes. Supervised the work to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
· Certified as Internal Auditor in 2011. Conducted audits to ensure that the process documents across various teams are updated on a timely basis, and there is no deviation in the procedures followed.
