Offer Letter from KPU

I have Several Questions in my Mind but for the time being i wanted to ask a few and please reply if you have any information.
I have 64.75% in 12th CBSE board and 7.5 Bands in IELTS. I have applied to Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Surrey for offer letter in Computer Information Systems Diploma.
1. How Much time will they take to deliver the offer letter i applied on 22nd August.
2. Do i need to apply any other college or University as a backup?
3. Will KPU accept Student with 64.75%?

I don’t know about the percentage.
But KPU takes a lot of time to send offer letter.
You can also try alexandar college they provide offer letter in 1-2 days.

I asked about Alexander to my uncle who is alredy in Surrey. He said that it is not a good college and we should not apply in that. He told go for Capilano or Coquitlam.

Coquitlam is also not that good i think. Capilano is better

And After that LOA? On KPU's site its written 3 business days after 1000$ payment conformation.

I have paid the full year tuition fees. Still not got the receipt.
