Thank you.. but do they give it to everyone?
Almost everyone.. One must not have lied on the application.. Submitted all documents.. Responded to ADRs.. I read about one rejection on this forum though, it was due to 'Strong ties to United states'

But apart from that yea almost everyone who got NOI got nominated :)

Even I would agree with @facethereality and others here.
Telling those below 450 to just 'hold on' is not something we should be doing here anymore. Below 450 range is not safe. Those with scores below 450 should be fighting tooth and nail to increase their CRS.

And further, to say that the scores would be in 440s during the next year is even more unrealistic. That is not a logically sound assumption. The facts, the ones we have till now, speak otherwise.

Now I am not discrediting you. It may be so that CRS actually falls back to 440's (anything is possible), but since such an outcome doesn't look very probable anymore, people below 450 must start exploring PNP routes and should try increasing their CRS.
They cannot just 'hang on'. That would be the biggest folly on their part.
It is worth to check the

How easy or difficult is to learn French basis level
It depends. It's one of the toughest languages because of the verbs and the fact that the 3rd group almost always looks different depending on the time you use. The problem is that with A2 level you already know a lot, but that won't be counted because they need minimum B1 level to give you extra points. And TCF (especially the writing and speaking sections ) is much worse and creative than the IELTS tasks.

I guess if you drop everything and learn French on a daily basis you may get there within 1 year or so (but most likely it will take at least 1,5-2 years) and by that time your IELTS will expire.

Please, I need clarity on FSW experience calculation.

1st work experience; 2nd Jan, 2017 - 12th Jan, 2018.

2nd work experience; 16th Jan, 2018- 15th Jan, 2019.

Current job: 21st Jan, 2019- present.
( All in the same profession)

Please when will I complete the 3 years experience. Is it 2nd Jan, 2020 or 21 Jan, 2020?

Hi
I have question to ask, hopefully someone would give a satisfactory answer.
There are points being given to applicants for relatives in Canada. I know people who are permant residents of Canada, but they dont fall as my close relatives , they are more like family friends and we have family ties with them distantly. So mentioning them in my profile would help in securing points or can they sponsor us? Thank you

Thanks. But I read somewhere that spouse can apply on same account. Like they send their documents in same envelope as their spouse.

Nope. I wish they did. They ideally should for the spouse of a primary applicant but they don’t.

WES or any other evaluation service wants to maximize their revenue like any other for-profit organization.

You ll complete 3 years on around 30th December 2019. That is because you need 1095 days of work (unemployed days don't count), to constitute 3 work years. As per my calculations, you attain that on or around 30th December (I may be slightly off).

Also, note that system considers months only while calculating work experience. Thus, it is quite possible that EE will count your work experience, as 3 years in the beginning of December itself and not on the exact date when your 1095 days are completed. In case you receive invitation on the basis of such (i.e before you actually attain 3 exact years of work experience), it would be advisable that you do not submit eAPR till the date you actually complete 3 years.

No, they won't count. Only your direct blood relatives count. Even first cousins, aunts and uncles are not allowed
