In my case, they took one day after that.

They have received my transcript on 6th September still there is no update in the portal...not even my ielts and high school documents show any update...what should i do..or is it normal?

I think this is normal. Mine was also updated after 10 days. It will surely be updated after some days. Nothing to worry about that. When did u apply?

I think you too didn't read the full email as me.
At last they wrote, if you already send supporting documents neglect the email.
So if you didn't send your documents along with your student ID yet then send it again, otherwise no need do anything. Just wait. All the best

It will take about 15-20 working days

Universities are usually slower so wait till 24 sept atleast.
