For
#1 we did not include him in an "interest to sponsor form" do you know what number IMM form that is?

#2 We will check over the form and resubmit so my wife can check on her mother's file.

#3 We thought that each had to have their own form. We will put her entire family on one form but it states "Each individual must sign their own
copy of this form by hand." That would make me think they each need a separate IMM5406 as we had submitted one with all them on one sheet already?

I believe calgary17 covered all your questions for me.

A lot of people made mistakes on the interest to sponsor form. But now you are aware of a crucial information that your FIL must be included in the application and therefore counted toward the family size.

For your MIL case, your FIL is her only dependant. Keep that in mind and go from there.

As for #3 you just need to have your father in law fill out his own form as well since he is considered as your mother in law's dependant. This form again must have all information that are included in your MIL's form (apart from his own parents and siblings' names)

I am in same boat where i can't link my application. I have tried every possible way I could think of or someone suggested. I am going to wait till in Process and try at that time.

You supposed to link as soon as your ecas available or next day after ecas available. If youo are still unable to link please double check there is no any extra space when you enter PA information and count number of family member with formula = [sponsor + if co-signer] no kids + [ PA + If Dep ],

You need to contact CIC help to link application , make sure you are authorized person ( representative) to talk about your parents file.

I suggest you to try again to link with mycic with correct family member , use above formula to count it.

Check Cell # S3 in tracker . Read cell # S3 comment and open link for more information how to link in myCIC.

I have got medical req from cpc missisauga.
So that means local visa office is this one ? ??
And my parents havent got bio request yet and they are in india .
Can they go get it done upfront ??
Or they dont require one .cuz they have got medical request already ? ?
They are coming back to canada on 22nd of sept on super visa.

Any help would be appreciated

Generally Bio request first before IME and PCC. Don’t see anyone get Bio after IME.
You can’t do Bio without CIC request, CIC sent you barcode printed letter for PA and each dependent that required to do Bio.
Yes your LVO is CPC -M

I know it's my eligibility review but I'm a citizen and my eligibility is all about my income which 100% meets the requirements. I can't think of anything but a lazy and careless officer and my bad luck!

in my case same like you. i am give them permition to check my income to canada revenue agency.i dont send any documents.may be this reason take long time i think.
