Medical is valid and on file. Criminality is passed for PA and in progress for Spouse. Eligibility is in progress ( Recommended pass). Security is not started yet.

I tried emailing Ralph and according to their office, ‘Eligibility , criminality, and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.’

My AOR is 3rd April!! It’s going to take a while then I guess!!!

No I don’t think so. Email them during their work hours and give your passport no., UCI,D.O.B and full name! I think they will tell you where your application is at now and in what stage! So preferably email them Australian Monday night around when it is 9 am in Edmonton, Canada time! All the best
