Hello good people.
I have received my CoPR in August 2019 and visa stamped. I am the primary applicant and I have a daughter of 3.5 years old.
Due to unavoidable marital problems, my husband has been threatening me to divorce before moving to Canada. Please note: our CoPR will end in January 2020.
Now my question:
- I understand that I can fly with my baby alone. But what happens if I am divorced before I can fly? Will my file get rejected?
- My CRS score was 472 when I got into the pool. Will I have to start the whole process since beginning?

Please help.

Yes - you can still fly and land. It doesn't matter if you get divorced.

Note that you will need your husband's written permission to bring your baby to Canada.
