moreover during this time i am also attaching CA report and property evaluation documents with my application and one more thing should i also attach my backlog certificate of degree as i don't have any backlog in my entire degree.will it make my academics more strong.

This letter is in reference to the re-application of my student visa. My previous application () was returned with a couple of questions, which I have respectfully answered in this application. Please allow me to address the reasons that were stated in the correspondence letter, which are as follows:
· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualification, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
JUSTIFICATION
While addressing the first concern, I would like to state that I have completed my under graduation with degree of Bachelor of computer Applications with 7.30 CGPA without any backlog in 2019 from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar and now I have selected Enterprise Content Management (ECM) program for my further studies. The reason I selected this program is because during the project study in the 6th semester of my graduation, I was undergone for learning of development of management software’s and suites and how ECM solutions helps in smooth flow of data in a structured manner in large concerning organizations.
During the project study, I realized that nowadays, next-gen ECM solutions are essential to enable the digital strategy for an enterprise through the management of content life cycle, from creation, through mobilization, to disposition of their transactional , business and social content across channels. Then I decided to learn this sector in depth to make it my core competency. To enhance the skills for the same, I decided to pursue further education in same direction.
After doing some research on internet, I selected Conestoga College because the program offered by Conestoga College is totally professional and also will fulfil my needs to have the depth understanding of subjects and moreover, Conestoga results on the KPI Surveys exceeded the provincial college average especially in student satisfaction in terms of quality of services and resources.
Below I have provided some more information about my past education, subjects I have studied here in India and the subjects I am going to study at Conestoga College, Canada.
Subjects I studied here in India at bachelor level.
Programming languages (C, C++, java, advance java) mathematics, numerical methods, DBMS, information systems, computer based optimization techniques, software engineering, RDBMS using oracle, data communications, theory of computer science, microprocessor and its applications, artificial intelligence.
Subjects I will be studying in Canada at post-degree level.
Cloud migration ,Customer needs and requirements ,Database applications ,Collaborative productivity ,User experience and user interface ,Collaborative administration ,Client communication ,Data flow ,Branding- styles guides, Collaborative environment process 1 ,Collaborative environment process 2 ,Capstone- enterprise content management
I have also cleared IELTS academic test with overall of 7.5 bands.
After completion of my program in Canada I intend to come back to my home country with the outstanding skillset and join the IT industry, which continues to thrive in India. I am confident that I will be able to secure a reputed job in leading IT organizations in India such as Tata consultancy services, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL technologies and can work as Data Engineer, Data analyst or ECM software developer.
PURPOSE OF VISIT
Here, I would like to state that I am well educated individual who is very well aware of study permit conditions and can assure you that I will always obey and respect the immigration laws of Canada. My sole purpose of visiting Canada is to attend Conestoga College for this program and upon completion of my studies I wish to return to my home country and pursue a career in data analytics or data management field of IT sector.
To further underline my purpose of visiting Canada, I have attached the receipt of my first-year tuition fee payment from Conestoga College along with a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from CIBC bank to cover my expenses for the first year.
I would request you to kindly reconsider my study permit application and entertain me as the qualified applicant, so I can pursue higher studies in Canada. I am very much thankful to you for giving me your valuable time to process my student visa application.
