We paid the $155 for the work permit as part of our spousal sponsorship application fee but on the open work permit section it says you also need to pay the $100 for an open work permit holder. When I checked what fees I needed to pay for the spousal sponsorship this $100 didn't come up and now I dont know how to pay it now. When I go to pay fees for the work permit, it only gives me the option to pay for the $155 and the $100 when I've already paid the $155. Anyone know how to get around this?

You can select to pay only the $100.

thank you for the help but every time i answer the questions to get the fees i need to pay it brings up both the 155 the 100 and the biometrics. i already paid the 155 and biometric fees as part of spousal sponsorship and it wont let me remove the 155 and biometrics fee from the order.
Don't answer the questions. Go to the next option where it lists individual fees.

Greetings everybody,

My Husband and I submitted my application online to sponsor me two weeks ago and we just received the AOR along with the medical exam.

When we paid the fees using the fee wizard calculator online, we opted to pay for the following:
Sponsorship fee ($75),
Principal applicant processing fee ($490)
Right of permanent residence fee ($515)
Work permit (including extensions) – per person ($155)
Open work permit holder ($100)

So, my Questions are;
1. Since We paid for the work permit and open work permit holder, we were wondering if the agent/officer presiding over my application will process the work permit or will we have to apply on my own?

2. If We do have to have to apply on our own for my work permit can we submit it by paper or do we have to submit it online?

Thank you so much any guidance will be deeply appreciated.

HI, AstroHoney!
I am in a similiar situation. Can you answer what happened in your case?
