Husband has to go to offshore , I have a job can i still stay in Canada?

Hi All,

My husband has to travel to offshore, as his current project is over. He will be able to travel once he gets a new project. Currently, our work permit extensions are in progress [Husband - closed work permit, me- openwork permit].

Since i have a job, can i still live here till my husband comes back?

If your husband is no longer working at his current job in Canada he needs to withdraw his closed work extension,

What do you mean withdraw extension??
His company is taking care of our extension process, it is in progress

Meanwhile we have also got ITA, will be submitting all our documents by next week.

Is your husband working in Canada? Your post is very confusing. You are saying he has to travel offshore (is not in Canada) since his project is over. If he isn’t working for a Canadian company he can’t extend his work permit.
