Received NOI from OINP on July 12th, 2019 (Tech Draw) .I have not proceeded and withdrawn the application based of incorrect information provided to me by an Immigration attorney.

So Seniors could you please let me know what are the chances getting a OINP NOI again in 2020 tech draw.Do I have to withdraw my Express Entry application and create a new one to be eligible for another NOI? If I do this I will be loosing my Tie breaker Date which is 27th May,2019.Please advice.

if you don't mind may i ask why did you take so much time to reply or apply ? August is a highly holiday populated month for canada, so a lot of the profiles have not moved forward due to the holidays. Just be patient, they have mentioned anyways that it can take anywhere between 30-60 days. in the meanwhile please keep checking your mails and your spam folders for any messages from Ontario people, in case they ask for addition documents and odd.

I believe you should be ok. I have read it somewhere that if the 45th day falls under a holiday next business day would be considered for the application.Did you not receive a change in status yet? Suggest wait for sometime and write to the OINP officials.

Do you know how to calculate 45th day? is it including July 12th or excluding july 12th. Thanks.

I just called OINP call center and they told 26th August is the last day and I am good. 45 Days calculated starting July 13th.

Check status of your application daily..
Keep a close watch on your emails for ADRs (Additional document requests)

Status of your application would progress from 'Submitted' to 'Assessment' to 'Decision in progress' to 'Nominated'

It may go some other path for ADRs or rejection..
Hi, if any ADR request is received, do we need to send the docs through OINP application or through email?

Ontario PNP Tech draw is taking so long since the previous one, I hope they did not put it on hold. :( Anyone got news on it?

MY CRS score is of 441 under NOC 2172, hoping for that ITA soon  under general EE draws it seems almost impossible, the draw number is high compared to last year.

Thank you very much, Lena32.

I have other questions. If I can get IELTS CB9, I will have CRS 446, which is probably not enough for EE.

1) My NOC is 2133, which is not in the targeted list of Ontario. If I submit my profile in EE, any chance for me to get NOI from Ontario.

2) I have my uncle living in Mississaugas, Ontario. Does this relative tie increase my chance to get NOI from Ontario?
Hi michaelle,
Based on your CRS and NOC you certainly have a chance of getting NOI. There is no fixed in demand occupation list for Ontario. On Aug 15th, people with NOC 0114 also received NOI, which is a very rare NOC.
Secondly, having a relative in Canada gives additional points under 'adaptability', if you can provide supporting docs.

My Timeline:
NOC 2174
NOI July 12, 2019
Submitted - August 3rd, 2019
Status :- Submitted
That's odd. I received NOI on July 12 as well for same NOC. I submitted on Aug 19 and status changed to Assessment on Aug 30.
