Try getting your results evaluated from WES or similar organisation, it will help in understanding your educational profile and will also help in getting a job

Im aspiring to study masters in electrical and computer engineering at University of Victoria.

I have few clarifications before applying to the university.

I tried to reach you through yocket, but I didnt get a reply for a long time.

My Profile:-
Cgpa:- 7.11 (No backlogs)
Studied at SRM Easwari Engineering College
Currently working in an IT firm with 1.7 yrs of experience as of now
Have done an intern related to electrical
Planning to apply for jan 2022 or May 2022 intake.

I have few clarifications about the supervisor approval and the selection criteria.

Let me be honest.
71 is good in India but average in Canada.
So strike Dal, Carleton, uAlberta,Victoria off your list.
As for uSask, they have a good rep for not accepting international students unless your scores are high. Most of the students there are citizens or those from other provinces.
uRegina might work for you but also try for York, Concordia, WIndsor (everyones favourite) and definitely not UOIT (they dont have a rep yeat and are building one by rejecting students with no work exp or high scores)
Also try colleges.
