Adding spouse after ppr, taking too long, please connect here

It's been almost a month since I submitted all the documents for my spouse to CIC. I still have not heard anything back from them, called them today and was told my Visa Office is Montreal...go figure...

Yet another medical test requested! This is going to be my second medical test (last one done in July 2018) Hope to get some good news once new medicals are submitted.

I did not send the passport.

I informed about marriage via phone call. They emailed me the list of docs. Uploaded the docs via webform.

After that no updates. I am in the same boat waiting for my GCMS. i should get in july 1st week

No updates. VO changed from Ottawa to New Delhi. I would order gcms notes today.

Yes I did. After getting PPR I called them and informed that my status got changed. They emailed me a list of documents and told me to upload via webform in cic website. I filled all those IMM forms, police verification etc.. and uploaded via webform. On April 24th I received an email as below

Congratulations on your wedding!

We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following documents:

• IMM 0008.pdf
• IMM 5406.pdf
• IMM 5669.pdf
• Marriage_Certificate.pdf
• Payment_Receipt.pdf
• Police_Clearance_Certificate.pdf

We have forwarded them and the information you provided to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

After that I have been waiting from past 2 months. I called them twice. They told the docs are sent to the visa office and they are looking into it.

But no medicals requested and spouse also not added in my application.

Hi, after notifying them of your marriage, how long did it take them to mail you the list of documents and what medium did you use to inform them please? I am in similar position right now. Thanks

I think it veries because mine took almost four month for them to request for spouse documents meanwhile some people get it withine some few weeks

They immediately sent the email. I uploaded the documents using webform

Did they send any email to take the medical exam again? Is your spouse medical exam done?

I got a message on IRCC. Yes, my wife has got her medicals done in May this year. Hopefully, everything is now in place for a PPR. Waiting.

I sent all documents of my spouse in april 2019. Till now she is not yet added to my profile. And she didn't get her medical request as well.
My medicals will be expired in Nov 2019.
So if the process is continuing, Can I also expect another medicals request from IRCC?
