I got refused for sep 2019 on the following grounds and planning to re apply for jan 2020. Please help me on writing appeal letter.
What things should I explain in new SOP and appeal letter?
“I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.”
“Based on the information provided, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada and would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for stay.”
GCMS notes:
“Application reviewed. On review of all information including PA’s previous employment and educational history, their motivation to pursue studies in Canada at this point does not seem reasonable. Considering previous academic education, employment history, relevance of the proposed course of study and taking into account factors such as travel history, personal establishment and ties to home country, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada and would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for stay. Application refused.”
Applied,
Cambrian College, Graduate Certificate, paid 1 year tuition fee 13234CAD. (1 year course)
Now applying in University of winnipeg, Post Degree Diploma in Web Development (1 year course)
IELTS 7.0 not less than 6
Bachelor in IT 50%, completed on 2016, have been working after graduation in IT field.
I have never been to foreign country.
