Hi, I'll applied for a visitor visa in January or February 2020. I'll buy an apartment next month and I have at the moment on my bank account CAD 4,000.
My friend and his girlfriend are inviting me to visit them.
I'm not married nor have kids, but I been in a relationship with someone for the last 6 months. (When I apply will be more).
I was wondering. Should I mention that I have a boyfriend back home in the application?
What kind of proofs I need to submit in order I can demonstrate my relationship with is guy?
If I need to mention my boyfriend, In which sections inside the form I should?
I'm from Dominican Republic, I'm 29. I been working in the same job for the last 4 years.
Any help/advise will be highly appreciate.
Thank you so much!

Having a boyfriend does have an impact on your application. There is no form to indicate that you have one. Besides, you can break up with him anytime because you guys are not married. The fact that you are Single is still a red flag because you have no dependents (children/husband) to hold you back in your home country.

Unfortunately given your low level of savings and the fact that you are single you are likely to be denied. I would encourage you to save some more before applying. Have you travelled to other countries like the US before?
