Me too. It would say "WE ARE HAVING HUGE NO OF CALLS PLEASE TRY NEXT TIME" and hang up. Is there any other way?
If you want to call IRCC that’s the only way..redial as soon as the call disconnects..until you hear “your waiting time is approximately xxxx minutes”

I did raise a Webform last Aug. 28. But no replies yet. Will #2 respond immediately or will also take days?
I have called IRCC today and she mentioned that she can't pull out my application since my VO is in London and that I should contact IRCC London directly. Do you guys have contact details of IRCC London where I can call to?
bro, for the webform, the average response time is 15+ days
as for the email, the response time is relatively short based on some anecdotal and recent experiences...

Download Hangouts dialler app (not the regular hangout) from play store and dial IRCC's number. It's free. Though operator says they cannot transfer your call to IRCC your call will be transfered eventually. And even it says we cannot find your file number in our systems just press 0 to talk to agent.
Strange, my application was also processed at London but agent was kind enough to give details. Try sometime again you will surely get some updates.
Did you include a recorded delivery reply envelope? How long ago was this? I'm 7 days now so will hopefully expect something soon.
i couldn't upload my passport copy etc to my profile as there wasn't a placeholder so I had to send it with my photos. So I'm a bit nervous until I actually have the CoPR in my hands.
Check your cic account regularly. if you see counterfoil number added in account it means your COPR is issued.
