I was asked to resubmit this form as well, did it early July (form DID have validate option) So I filled it out with updated info, validated it, printed it, signed it, scanned it and submitted it in GCKey. Last Sat I received my Decision Made, so I guess it must have been correct (I hope : )

I just checked their collection of forms to pick from and it seems things have changed a bit. So I submitted eimm5669, but I think you might be best off with the one that has "June 2019" added to it. Shit, this stuff is confusing eh!

Yes its so confusing! I really get stuck on this form i dont know what to used but thanks for the thoughts i collected i look for the latest version and so I submitted the version imm5669 06-2019 since this is the latest

You are very right. It also took me a VERY long time to figure out things and everybody on forum having different opinions.. Good luck! (it's a good sign btw that they ask to resubmit, means they are finally working on your app)

I mean theres a box for me to choose and check ,it stated that im going to check the box weather i am the principal applicant or spouse/common law/ children etc.... i think i was wrong on putting the check box on spouse/common law etc... i should check the box of principal applicant right???

Well, I'd say so yes. They can be very finicky with that stuff..
