helo sory but i have a question ... my employer got LMIA request with file NO. before 15 days ago bit till now he didnt get the LMIA approval, so how long it takes ? the job was mentioned as long haul truck driver

but he applied almost 4 months he got LMIA file no. at 14 aug .. so it mean 1 month remain ?

It's really impossible to say. Some LMIAs can take in the range of 6-8 months to be approved. You'll just have to wait.

hi i want to know can employer apply for small truck lmia like 5 ton truck its comes under , noc 74111 ???
