Do we have a choice? Maybe webform it is! Good day+1-613-944-4000, used to call on this number and follow the automatic response instructions, twice they(agent) answer me few months ago. But now from past 2 months I tried thrice, thought may be I do something wrong but no the automatic response is like IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE UPDATE OF APPLICATION, USE WEB-FORM. So my question, have IRCC stopped giving updates through phone ?
Has anyone tried sending webform twice a month? I only sent webform once a month starting on my 7th month of waiting.. And all responses were the same -- "awaiting to be reviewed" -- which translate to me as waiting for someone to pick up my file!This is the trend. For me, nothing has moved at all in the whole year of 2019, so consider yourself lucky Last movement in my application was on December 28th, 2018, when eligibility was marked as met and criminality started.For me nothing has moved in 5 months so not a big difference lol

This happened to me. Try calling them at 8.30 am Ottawa time.Nov 30 AOR, VO London, called IRCC 001-613-944-4000, after following the automatic instructions when I put my application # and year of birth, the automatic response is like WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND YOUR APPLICATION IN OUR SYSTEM, to hear it again press 1, to talk to agent press 0 etc, is that normal? I called them few months ago, talked to agents as well, what is going on in IRCC, this is crazy. Are they not sharing anything if its outside Canada.
