i am little bit worried as i saw all the timelines who got nomination there is almost 3 months difference between AIP and the nomination. my 5th month is going on and status is still recieved. are they going to take another 3 months for procssing ?

Very possible but you have to include them as part of your application as unaccompanying dependents.what is the possibility to have invitation quickly, if I submit the EOI as not taking my family?
but I will sponsor them later .

Zero impact bro. It doesn't change anything! Please note that you will still be required to provide same amount of POF (Proof of Funds) regardless of whether they are accompanying or not.
