WES ECA for IGNOU

Hi...
I got this mail from Wes on 3 May that they have sent my transcripts for verification to IGNOU via email and mail. When I called at IGNOU they told me that they do verification only when they receive hard copy. I have called many times to confirm if they have received the hard copy for verification, and all they say is that they haven't till now. It's been a month. I don't know how to proceed with this. How much time does it normally takes for documents to reach India from Canada. Please help.

I think Wes has received the verification documents because status changed last week from On-hold to In process.

if you have been awarded the degree, then you need to send the copy of the degree.

Yes you can.

I think you can. Also, you don't have to send any document to WES, Ignou will send the transcripts. You just to fill a form and then pay. They take around 20-25 days to send all your transcript to WES.
